How to use the "restore" button on the Courtney Black App
The RESTORE button does not change your subscription or trigger any additional charges, it simply "reminds" your device of your subscription so that you can access the app. If you have a subscription but are being asked to pay again, please use the RESTORE button.
If it does not work when pressed, please select your subscription length, and press RESTORE using Wifi and then try again using your 4g.
If in doubt, you can check your subscription type, length and expiry date on your device;
Subscription in the Apple App Store:
- Go to the Apple App Store
- Click your profile (circle in the top right hand corner)
- Click subscriptions > Courtney Black Fitness
- Identify your subscription type and renewal date
Google Play Store Subscription:
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store
- Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
- Tap Menu and then Subscriptions.
- Select the subscription you want to view
