Please follow the "Sign up" directions on the app and enter your email address.
Select the Subscription you just paid for and hit the "restore" button.
This will give you access to the app and will not charge you a second time.
Please also ensure you’ve clicked sign-up and completed the entire registration process if you have not done so already.
If in doubt you can also check your subscription type, length and expiry date on your device;
Subscription in the Apple App Store:
- Go to the Apple App Store
- Click your profile (circle in the top right hand corner)
- Click subscriptions > Courtney Black Fitness
- Identify your subscription type and renewal date
Google Play Store Subscription:
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store
- Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
- Tap Menu and then Subscriptions.
- Select the subscription you want to view
