I have missing content from the app

We are constantly evolving and update the app for all of our users and you may need to check you have the most updated version of the app if you're missing some content.

You can see if you’re using the latest version of the app by navigating to the App Store and checking if you have the option to “UPDATE” the app, instead of “OPEN”. 





Please ensure you are using the latest update of the app. You can confirm this in the App Store. There is no need to delete and re-download the app. Then please can you close the app (swipe up on your device and remove the app from running the background). This refresh means you should be able to see the new additions such as recipes and real time workouts. 

If you want apps to check for new content, go to Settings > General > Background App Refresh and turn on Background App Refresh.
