Once you have subscribed to the app you will have access to our 28 Day Challenges, these are all found under our 'RealTimes' section.
Workouts//Real Times//All Trainers//'Category' drop down list - select the challenge you are following.
P.S They are also found under the trainer running the challenge but it is easier to follow along and navigate the challenges from the above route if you're not doing it as per the live schedule!
P.P.S If you think a days missing it generally will be because they are 'rest days' e.g. Day 1-5 are scheduled sessions day 6 & 7 rests so the next session will be Day 8!
