      How do I cancel my subscription?

      How do I cancel my Courtney Black App Subscription on Google Play & Apple Store?

      We are sorry to see you go and we do hope to welcome you back in the future. We are unable to cancel your subscription for you but follow the steps below on how to access your subscriptions on your app store to cancel your CB App Subscription.

      Apple

      • To view and cancel subscriptions from your iPhone or iPad navigate to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store.

      • Tap your Apple ID.

      • Enter your password or sign in with Touch ID or Face ID.

      • At the Account Settings screen, tap the entry for Subscriptions.

      • View your active and expired subscriptions.

      • Tap an active subscription you want to cancel, then tap Cancel Subscription.

       

      Google Play Store

      • On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store .

      • Check if you're signed in to the correct Google Account.

      • Tap Menu. Subscriptions.

      • Select the subscription you want to cancel.

      • Tap Cancel subscription.

      • Follow the instructions.
