Upgrading your subscription to different length duration on the CB app
In order to upgrade your subscription (for example from a 1 month rolling to a 6-month rolling subscription), you will need to cancel your current payments in the app store, and wait for your existing term to come to an end, then you can resubscribe for your chosen duration.
HOWEVER if you are utilising our one off 12 month loyalty reward offer you MUST do this in app under 'manage subscriptions' and 'upgrade'. You need an existing subscription for this offer, and whenever you upgrade will roll in to effect on the next billing date.
