Can I get a refund on the Courtney Black App?

As per our Terms and Conditions, we do not offer refunds or credits for unused subscription periods, accidental purchases, medical conditions or any similar reason or event.

Equally, we are unable to offer refunds to users changing over from an Android to an Apple device (or vice versa), because accounts are currently linked to the Apple ID or Google Play Store ID associated with the device used to subscribe. This means that users cannot use their logins across different device types and app store platforms.

Please be aware:

  • Cancelling your subscription will not provide a refund or pro-rata remaining subscription charges

  • After cancelling your subscription, you will be able to continue using the Courtney Black App for the course of the remaining duration you have paid for.

  • To prevent the billing cycle from rolling over once the subscription duration has ended, you can cancel future payments in the app store.

Our subscriptions are handled entirely by either Google Play Store or Apple App Store, depending on your chosen device. We are unable to trigger refunds from these platforms, as this is a standard App Store policy.
